Canadian Property Investors works real estate deals that only close when there's a cash buyer ready to take them. The problem was simple and total: there was no buyers list to work from. Starting at zero meant every deal risked sitting while someone scrambled to find a buyer, and there was no way to move fast or with confidence. The list had to be built from scratch, and it had to be made of real, qualified buyers, not names that would never close.
